it could but you would need a lot of modifications. they are not interchangeable if that is your question. any motor can be used in any car with enough time and money

well if its a twin cam you can put it in with no problem but if its a normal one its gunna take some time and work to get it in and the s series is bigger depending on the year but if there the same year and they both got the same motors they should fit right in
