you have to beat crane quest then you go behind the police headquarters or around there go in to it and follow the agents copter. If you beat it, you will unlock the extreme wheelie

you don't have to do anything after unlock him but you could destroy the city.

you achieve 100% in the game and then the robot will be unlocked!

you have to achive a 100% to unlock the robot. here is some cheats to help: sabotage, micro, spawn, icerink, ghost, deflect. good luck (add me on MLN sin-edd)
