Maybe if we do bad things that can hurt others, this can make us bad but we can change that if we say sorry and do good things to her/him but if the person kill innocent people, for me that is unforgivable because the person that died didn't do anything wrong and he/she doesn't deserve that...

The soul can be abusive to be stronger that it deserves. Demonic persons can attempt to steal the space provided for other souls as their own.
