There has been no evidence to show that magnets help carpal tunnel at all. There has been double blind studies where the doctor nor the patient knows if they have the "real treatment" or the "fake treatment", and at the end they look at both groups..if the fake or placebo group does just as good or better than the tested or real treatment, you know it doesn't work. This type of study has been done with magnets to no avail.
