GM does not own Saab any longer. Spyker owns it now but any Saab dealer, even if they sell GM cars should be able to.

Yes and no. From 1989 till 2010 Saab was owned by GM so the NG 900 used the a GM platform and the GM V6 engine, the Second generation of 9-3 was also used GM engines. The 9-5 also is based on GM cars but Saab has been sold to Spyker now so the new 9-5 wagon will be the last Saab developed under GM with the replacement for the 9-3 in 2012 being the first independently developed Saab in about 25 years.
