You can easily be allergic to synthetic vitamins (the type you will find in average grocery stores), as they are made in labs with chemical concoctions. It is very unlikely that you will have an allergic reaction to a natural food-based vitamin that you would find in a health food store. These vitamins are made from natural concentrations of spinach, fo ti, and other plants and herbs. The synthetic vitamins are also very difficult for your body to absorb.
