Can you be charged with rape if you are 20 and had sex with someone 3 years younger in pennsylvania?

[Edit]

Answer

In PA, there's an odd law that says that a person 18+ cannot have sex with a person under the age of 18... though a person under the age of 18 can have sex with someone with less than a four-year age difference. So technically, yes, you can be charged with statutory rape.
