Yes, although the selection is extremely difficult.
There are three "Special Forces" jobs available for Air Force Academy graduates, Special Tactics Officer, Air Liaison Officer, and Combat Rescue Officer. Cadets who aspire to get into one of these jobs are oftentimes seen at the Academy pushing themselves to their breaking point just to do it again and again as soon as they recover, as all three are extremely difficult physically. High Academic performance is also desired for those who seek these jobs.
