1. Save the number you want to ignore(block)
2. then edit the ringtone for that number
3. set it to no ring / no alert for that number
4. Save settings.
Now when they call/text you, you hear nothing at all, meaning you don't answer, they've wasted their time.
Make sure that your phone is also set not to vibrate.
There is no actual way at this time being on how to completely stop an incoming call or text message, this is just an ignore option.
