You should not breastfeed after using cocaine or any other drugs because they go to your bloodstream and get passed to the baby. You will get your baby addicted to cocaine if you breastfeed after using cocaine.
AFTER? meaning no longer doing cocaine? or immediately after? if immediately after, then you really should hand your baby over to someone who will care for it, as if you are doing cocaine with a young child then you are risking your babies life. if youve stopped doing cocaine and havent had any in several weeks then you should be safe to breastfeed.
