Can you buy a 3 hole bidet with a spray in the bottom of the bowl in the United Kingdom?

About 20 years ago I moved from a house which had a bidet with a spray in the bottom of the bowl to a house which didn't have a bidet installed. I tried to find a bidet with a spray to install but was unable to do so. I think that your best option would be to find plumber's merchants on the 'net' and see if they stock them.
