Not legally. There are online drugstores. But the dosages are not reliable. Retin-A is a more serious substance then they let on. It is class-C for pregnancy and has been linked to brith defects. Also, to much V-A can be hard on your liver and should not be taken if you have liver OR kidney problems. NOr w/ sunburns, or skin conditions that could break out in like wild fire from the drying it causes such as emphezima. A doctor REALLY needs to assess you first for safety reasons
