No, same policy as in a car.

I'm not really sure... I mean you can have an open bottle of alcohol in the trunk of your car. You can't really be opening your saddle bag as you are driving your motorcycle.. and if you are drunk and driving a motorcycle.. you can only be sure of one thing and that is you have more to worry about then a Police officer...
