It is hard for me to imagine why anyone would even attempt to eat something like under or un-cooked lobster or shrimp. The consistency would be like rubber. I don't even know if it's possible to chew into reasonable sizes to swallow...it would have to be cut up into small pieces and swallowed whole like a raw clam or oyster.
