Natively, you could provide a link in the PP presentation to the site video <A Href> but other than that you could:
Download the actual video using a downloading tool made specifically for you tube or video site.
Convert the video file to a usable form IE Mpeg 4, WMA, or AVI.
Then place the file into the PP and use as needed.
