no that would be almost impossible, unless you are wiling to really injure yourself. The best way in my opinion would be stretching every day. It could be at anytime of day, and however much you want to do it. (just don't over do it.) When your starting your first stretch spread your legs as wide as they can go and hold it for 20 to 30 seconds. Make sure you have something to keep support on in case you can't maintain your balance. You can keep repeating this routine as long as you want. =]
