If an infant has a uti, you should defiantly treat with medication. However, cranberries have been known to help speed treatment in adults, so, at your infant's primary caregiver's discretion, and in addition to the medication, you should be able to give your infant diluted cranberry juice to help speed treatment.

yes its very good for you and the baby...helps keep the UTI'S down during pregnancy....however look for the low sugar 100% juice
