everyone craves different things during pregnancy. I crave peanut butter constantly, but never bananas. If you are pregnant talk to your doctor before eating any peanut products. If you or the father have a personal or family history of food Allergies the baby could already be allergic to peanuts and you could risk miscarriage.

∙ 14y agoYes, they are full of healthy vitamins and bananas provide potassium. They are great if you have nausea, and if you are in need of a quick snack! I love making smoothies with them in the morning or as a midday snack!Good luck, oh and if your heart races a little after eating one its alright, it's just the potassium. There is no harm from eating bananas to you or your baby!
