Always follow your dentist's instructions. They will probably include not eating anything for a certain amount of time after the tooth is extracted, but after that eating pasta should be fine.

Yes you should be able to but give your teeth time to ajust before eating.

EDIT:

After having your wisdom teeth removed, it is advised that you wait to eat solid foods for a while. This period can be as little as 24 hours from the procedure for up to two weeks depending on how the procedure was done, how many teeth were removed, and how quickly you recover. I recommend you speak to your dentist about how long you will need to wait to eat solid food again.

My teeth are crooked and crowded because my wisdom teeth are impacted. Will my teeth go back after getting my wisdom teeth removed?

I spoke to my oral surgeon about the crowding in my lower jaw that I believed to be caused by my wisdom teeth. He said that even with the extra space I would receive from the removal of my wisdom teeth, it would be unlikely that my teeth would move back into place. There was mention of being fitted for retainers and going to a different doctor who specialized in orthodontics.
