Yes you can! Wheatgrass is very potent . It is a super detoxification agent. If you were to drink a pint or more at one time ( even less) you would get very sick. Yet if you drank a quart of carrot juice you would just get full. See "benefits of wheatgrass" at huntergreengrass.com

Yes! Wheat grass is highly nutritional. You can chew it directly (rinse off before), or you can use a juicer to make juice out of it. In any way, it is edible but you should always rinse it off, especially if fertilizers where used during growth.

Wheat grass seeds can be eaten. The sprouts can be served in salads, or ground up for baking dough.
