How long you have to wait after eating fish in order to eat chocolate?

If you mean how long it takes before the taste of the fish vanishes so you can taste the chocolate better, then I just suggest you drink a glass of milk or water after the fish dinner and just move to the chocolate. I do not think there is any religion, what would prevent eating fish and dairy at the same setting. I also know a few receipts where the fish is cooked with chocolate. You should try that, it has a little chili in it too. But if this fish and chocolate thing is some kind of diet to loose weight, then I suggest you skip the sugars entirely. XD
