No. Pig feed contains animal by products that could potentially contain prions that cause Mad Cow Disease or Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy. All feed products that contain any sort of animal byproducts (blood meal, fish meal, etc.) are prohibited from being fed to ruminants like cattle in the USA and Canada.
