i think so because u can drive a remote control on night and it doesn't work of any think other then the remote it may be illegal though in some enclosed spaces as there's a danger u wont be able to see it properly and fly it into a electricity line some1 lol or some body's window inquire by looking up illegal practice's when flying small remote controlled items or fly it were u no there's no danger of this happening bye
