Of course you can fly the first three months of your pregnancy. That is the best time to fly. Now, the last three months, some airlines won't let you fly. They make your doctor sign a disclaimer. Some don't care. I have a friend that flew from Australia to France at eight months of pregnancy.

im only 13 but i recently did an essay on pregnancy and the dangers. while i was doing the research i found that it is ok to fly up to week 26. after week 26 you will need some confirmation from a GP. althought most airlines will not allow you to travel if you are 32 weeks or over pregnant. so at 4 months i would say that you are allowed but make sure during the flight that you stay hydrated and don't sit in your seat the whole way because it is important for you to move about so blood clots do not occur, blood clots in pregnant women is more common.

NOTE: The note for which you will need from your GP as i mentioned will have to be from your GP and not the midwife. if your GP says your clear then you should be fine!

Hope i helped and good luck with the baby! (im assuming its you that's pregnant).

You can, however it is not usually recommended because of the increases risk of miscarriage during the first trimester. Travelling during the second trimester is more recommended because of the much lower risk of miscarriage.
