Yes you can, But first lets clarify that an SR-22 is not Insurance. An SR22 is a form that your insurcance company provides to the state that you live in verifying that have now obtained the required insurance.
You can by a Non-Owners Policy, sometimes called a named driver policy and ask for an SR22 endorsement from your Insurer.
