∙ 12y agoYes, you can put apps on them. Go to iTunes store, then go to "Apps", and before you click it, it will show an arrow. Click the arrow and hit iPod Click Wheel Games. All the games will show up.
Don't get confused and this does not work anymore haha sorry :(

∙ 9y agoIt depends on what games you want and how old the apps are. The latest software you can get on an iPod Touch 2nd Gen is iOS 4.2.1, but most apps run the best on the latest software (currently iOS 7). The older apps on the App Store may be able to install older versions that will run on your iPod, but you won't get any updates and the games could be buggy and crash often.

∙ 10y agoOne can possibly get Temple Run on the 1st generation Ipod Touch through the app store on the ipod. If one cant get it that way one might look into a forum on how to get it.
