If you don't wash your hands after that, and touch either you mouth, nose, eyes or anywhere it can enter your body, and the mouse is actually a carrier of any type of virus, yea.

if it has rabies it would be active in the daytime or even unfearful around humans....both red flags for rabies in any rodent
