Yes, it feels like opiates. It's prescribed to people who are withdrawing from opiate addiction. Opiates include hydrocodone, and even heroin. It's a warm feeling, and puts you sometimes into a "dreamlike" state, also known as 'nodding out.' Its like a mini-dream.

Absolutely no effect if you are an opitate addict/heroin addict . If you are an addict, I'd advise you to take it as ditected. Trust me, I am an addict and suboxone has saves my life. I had a 600$ a day habit of heroin and crack. I am a very small girl(5'2 115lbs) and the amount I was doing, I'm surprised I'm not dead. I've tired shooting up my suboxone and it helped ease my mind but I never got high so it was pointless. I now take it as directed and I am alive today. Hope this helps but if not only shoot it when all opiates are out of system or you will go into instant withdrawal and only shoot a strip. I've heard a 1/4 - 1/2 of one for non users get people high but dont do more than that the first time if not , then work yourself up to your desired high. Goodluck and I hope I helped you make a wise desion but still gave you the tools for a safe high.

Will you feel percocet 10s the next day after taking one suboxone 8 the day before?

no the suboxone blocks the "high" feeling. if you are not going into withdrawal yet do not take suboxone as it will push you into full withdrawal and you will be sick. it should not be started until 12 hours into withdrawal.

Can i take suboxone 8 hours after taking oxycodone?

That depends on whether you are taking the morphine recreationally (to get high), or if you are taking it for pain. If you are taking it to get high, then no, it won't work. You will have to wait at least 36 hours, but probably more like 48 to 72 hours, until the Suboxone is out of your system, before you can feel the effects of the morphine. If you are taking it for pain, then yes, it should still work as a painkiller, even though it won't get you high.

Can 2mg Suboxone be mixed with smoking opium?

Taking Suboxone with any other opiate is a really bad idea, because Suboxone blocks the opiate receptors in your brain, making it impossible to get high from other opiates. Taking Suboxone with other opiates won't get you higher -- in fact, it will do the opposite. Just 2mgs of Suboxone probably isn't enough to completely kill your high, but the high will certainly be less intense. Forget about the Suboxone, and just do the opium by itself.

How long to wait to get high after taking 14mg of suboxone?

Can you work as a cdl a driver while taking suboxone?

Yes, suboxone really will have no affect in your daily life unless you take a high dose. Most people think you can get high from suboxone but you really don't, and if you do it won't happen again, everyone has their own opinion.

How long does the suboxone high last?

If you mean how long after taking suboxone can you get high from other drugs like lortab and whatever else then I would wait 3 days. Chances are if you're taking suboxone its because you withdrawal so it will probably be hard to go 3 days with nothing. But regardless, you will not get high

2mg of suboxone would equal how many percocets?

2mg of Suboxone = 0 percocets. They have a completely different "feeling" and contain a totally different drug. Suboxone does not get you high. It only alleviates the negative symptoms associated with opiate withdrawal. Suboxone is also not an opiate, therefore you cannot create a standard such as "1 Suboxone = 1 Percocet" or whatever. Apples and Oranges.

Can you take a Vicodin while on Suboxone for a major migraine?

As long as you're not taking massive amounts of the Suboxone (like, more than two 8-mg pills) yes, the Vicodin will still work as a pain killer, even though you won't get high from it. You will probably have to take a double dose of it, though, or even a triple dose, depending on how much Suboxone you are taking. I am on Suboxone and last autumn I had a root canal, and the oral surgeon prescribed Vicodin for me, but I had to take double doses of it to get enough relief from the pain. I also had to cut my Suboxone dose in half (I was taking 8-mgs per day and cut it down to 4). Whatever you do, don't stop taking the Suboxone completely, because if you completely stop taking it you will have to wait until you're in extreme withdrawal from the Vicodin before you start taking Suboxone again. If you stop taking the Suboxone, and then start taking it again before you're in heavy withdrawal from the Vicodin, you will experience the worst, most horrible withdrawal symptoms you can imagine. You will get really, really sick.

How do you keep from getting addicted to Suboxone?

It's very easy: YOU DON'T TAKE IT! Suboxone is for the treatment of opiate addiction. Suboxone is itself an opiate, but it doesn't get you high, so you can quit getting high without suffering painful withdrawal symptoms. For example, a heroin addict who wants to quit getting high can start taking Suboxone instead of heroin. The Suboxone will feed the heroin addict's physical need for opiates, without getting him high. In essence, the heroin addict trades in his heroin addiction for a Suboxone addiction. He takes Suboxone, and now he is addicted to Suboxone, instead of heroin. So, anyone who is using Suboxone the way it is meant to be used (for opiate addiction) is already addicted to opiates. He is addicted to the opiate heroin, and, as soon as he starts taking the Suboxone, he will be addicted to the Suboxone. So, if you are asking how to take Suboxone without getting addicted to it, then you obviously are not an opiate addict. You are obviously asking because you want to use it recreationally. Which is illegal.Furthermore, Suboxone is a very poor choice for a recreational drug. If it does cause a high for recreational users, I can't imagine that it would be a good high, since it is specifically designed not to get you high. Suboxone is made up of buprenorphine (the active ingredient) and naloxone, which is a partial opiate antagonist -- it blocks the opiate receptors in your brain, so you can't get an opiate high. The drug Subutex is just plain burprenorphine, without the naloxone. Since Subutex lacks the opiate blocker, it is possible to get some sort of high off of it. But again, I can't imagine that it would be a good high, like heroin or morphine or oxycodone.

If you take 6 8mg suboxone will you be high?

No. The maximum dose of Suboxone you can take is 32 milligrams (four 8-mg pills). Taking any more than that will have no effect, so don't even bother.
