I really hope you are asking this question because you are genuinely curious as to the answer and not just playing on the computer because I have much better things to do than answer questions that are not sincere.
With all that said, NO! You cannot get a case of hysterical lice like you can a hysterical pregnancy. The mind is a very powerful organ, but it is incapable of actually producing another life form. Hysterical pregnancy is simply the signs and symptoms of someone being pregnant, some have even had swelling in their pelvic area, but it's not a "real" pregnancy with a fetus growing. The same thing about lice. Chances are you have freaked out by someone you know having been told they had lice and now you're so worried you are going to get them that your head is itching. Am I correct? Lice are no big deal, MANY people get them, I've even had them myself. My dear son brought them home from kindergarten. There is a shampoo called "RID" in any Wal-Mart, CVS, any place that has a pharmacy. If that doesn't work, please go see your doctor.
