Attempts have been made but because the original process is not perfected (not a replacement of organs but a reshaping of what is already there.) It will be possible when fully working organs are replaced: a reversal will just be a matter of putting the old organs back. And as an aside, it's much easier to remove flesh than it is to add, which is why ftm GRS is so hard and so rarely attempted.
