If it was considered important enough to be sent out over the wire... sure. Many times, if it's just a misdemeanor, they won't bother. But don't push your luck. Sometimes being arrested for even a minor offense will cause the local police to look at your history. That's when you can get arrested and sent back.

Yes if they are entered in a national computer, but they may also be flagged as not servable outside the state, county or city in which they were issued. A few years ago it was very popular to issue a warrant as servable in 'issuing and adjoining counties only.' This was done to reduce the cost of service on minor warrants.

If the other state entered the warrant into the NCIC computer, yes, VERY likely. Food for thought: If it is a warrant for a traffic offense, even though the warrant may not show up, your drivers license is very likely suspended, and that fact WILL show up all over the country.

It may depend on several things: How serious a crime was it that you were you charged with? Did you flee to avoid prosecution? Are you now a fugitive? Did the bench warrant get entered into the national NCIC system? Will the state that entered the warrant extradite? If the warrant IS in the interstate NCIC system listing you as a wanted person - yes, you can be picked up.

Yes, you do. extradition doesnt just apply to country from country. it also applies from state to state or county to county.

Added: The term "extradition" applies ONLY to nation to nation or state to state prisoner transfers. The term does not apply to in-state (i.e.: county-to-county) prisoner transfers.

What if the person who is served a bench warrant does not show?

This doesn't make sense: a person who has been served a bench warrant is arrested and brought to the court that issued the warrant. However if the warrant has a bond amount specified, the person posts it, then doesn't show, then another bench warrant will be issued for a higher or no bond.

Bench warrants are not 'served'. There is no requirement to notify the subject of the warrant that it has been issued. It is a general notification to law enforcement that the person should be arrested when found.
