Yes your songs will be deleted but you can get them off the iPod using a program such as iDump or iPod2Computer Transfer Curtis White
once deleted is gone

You need an USB cord to connect it. When you have that done, you will need the Ipod modem and program on the computer. Then, connect and drag the videos from the Ipod into the computer.
When you unlock a passcode that has been forgotten on your iPod Touch, all of your songs will unfortanetly be deleted, and you will have to put all of them back on. But if you are CHANGING your passcode, off of the settings button on your iPod Touch, nothing will happen to your current memory.
You should be able to download them off Itunes.
delete the songs you want off your ipod off your itunes library. plug your ipod back in and it will update.
On the ipod touch you hold your finger on it and then you press the X then it is deleted off of your ipod touch. I don't know about the others
