Infidelity is grounds for divorce in every state.

Ohio does not allow divorce when the woman is pregnant. In most cases the court would not accept a dissolution of marriage petition to be filed based on the word of the female that the unborn child is not her husbands. In all likelihood the court would require the filing of the divorce to be suspended until the child is born and paternity is established.
