If you could, most adolescents would have it. According to the NIH (see the link to the right), you would need to ingest more than an ounce of writing ink before it's likely to be a problem. With this data, we can answer this question as a definitive no.

in short

if you write on your skin, those ink will somehow get inside those holes, but not that serious. Just don't write ALWAYS and don't use ballpens which writes with THICK ink

It depends on what you're writing on yourself WITH. It's certainly theoretically possible for an ink derived from coal tar to contain traces of carcinogens, and it's also theoretically possible for even a trace of a carcinogen to give you cancer.

That said, it's probably not worth worrying about unless you're literally covering yourself with it on a daily basis.

Yes,because it goes to your blood cells and the blood cells cant hold the ink because the ink is too stronged smell. I draw on myself and i don't have skin cancer because I only have done it alot but i still don't have it ive been drawing on myself for a long time and don't have it will I get it

No, not at all, but it isn't healthy if you do. If there is too much sharpie ink on your skin and in your bloodstream, you could get ink poisoning.
