no. actually there is. win the lucky number show with every number as a match and you get a master ball. or you could beat the elite four 200 times and that gets you either 500 master balls or 500 rare candies.

∙ 12y agoYes, there is. You can actually clone Pokemon and there held item in the game. Well, I'm not sure, because I only have emerald and pearl, but I think it works for platinum too. Look it up for how to do it. No, you cannot clone Pokemon. You can get masterballs by winning the lottery, but that's really hard.

∙ 12y agoIf you win the lottery you can get one, but you might as well wait for winning the real lottery :P. A possible way is to have another guy with Soul Silver or Heart Gold to give his/her Masterball to one of her Pokemon and trade that Pokemon over to you.
