Yes you can get pregnant after using the Depo Provera injection. If you have been on it for a number of years, it will take longer for the medication to get out of your system, and so some women have a harder time getting pregnant until the Depo is no longer in their bodies. But there are no studies saying that Depo Provera directly causes infertility.

yes you can! I got off depo in September of 2009. and I am 1 month pregnant here in May 2010. I just cleansed my body in January to get rid of the depo shot. I did the master cleanse diet on and off for the whole month of January 2010. Depo lives in your fat cells, so if you cleanse your body and eat healthy for a while, you can quickly get rid of depo and get pregnant. I also drank lots of water.
