If you have had a unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, that means they have removed one Fallopian Tube and one ovary. Therefore you can still get pregnant after this procedure (it sometimes occurs naturally, sometimes not, depending on circumstance). If you have had a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, they will have removed BOTH Fallopian Tubes and BOTH ovaries. Therefore, you will be unable to get pregnant naturally as you have no ovaries and are therefore, producing no eggs. However, implantation of a fertilized egg via Donor IVF will sometimes lead to a successful pregnancy.
You only have no uterus if they have also performed a hysterectomy and it goes without saying that if you have no uterus, then you can not get pregnant!
