Actually, even thought the chances are extremely low, there is the smallest possibility that both the tubal cauterization ( burn) and the vasectomy could \"fail\" and pregnancy could result. Personally, I would not loose sleep over the possibility of this happening though.
No, pregnancy should not be an issue any longer. When a females tubes are destroyed, there isn't a way for the eggs to travel to the uterus for fertilization.
This may sound like a long shot, but there is an episode of Grey's Anatomy where a woman checks into the hospital and secretly asks her OB/GYN to burn her tubes so she won't become pregnant again.
