yes you can. i know because i have been playing it for years. first you have to be married to someone, and show tons of love to them(hug, kiss) and after a few weeks after tons of kissing, you will get a phone call asking if you want a baby. say yes and have one parent quit there job. or just make a family with a kid in it so the kid can take care of the baby after they get home from school because the kid can take care of the baby too.
