Yes if you have started ovulating you can. You don't even have to have had your first bleeding yet. It's riskier for mother and child when you are that young though and sex at that age is illegal.

It is physically possible to become pregnant at age 12, if you have started your period, but it is by no means something you should do.

Having a baby essentially puts a stop to some aspects of your life and is not something that you should want at 12 years old. Even if you really want a child, wait until you have finished school, and are able to support yourself. It will do both you and your child a world of good.

Was that a typo. Did you mean 21?? I wouldn't recommend it. You'd be rasing a 7 year old in 12th grade. Plus it would really hurt. Plus who would you have sex with. I apoligize but there are many things wrong with this question.

Yes as long as the girl has started producing eggs/had her period and the boy is fertile you can get pregnant. (As long as you have had your period you can get pregnant doesn't matter what age as long as you have had you period)
