Answer

I see people answer this question with vague statements. Has there ever been an actual documented medical case where someone got pregnant without have intercourse? Seems hard to find one.

Answer

The only surefire way to get pregnant is through sexual intercourse. Imagine if it were actually possible to get pregnant by means of a little semen landing on or outside the vagina. There would be no struggle to conceive among couples hoping for a baby. Anyone who's ever seen the film Matchpoint would have to dismiss the wife's struggle to become pregnant as a silly myth, because she could be carrying a young infant if only a little semen were to land on her vagina. Thousands of teens would fall pregnant every day. While I'm not dismissing the semen-on-the-vulva theory as a myth, I am saying that it was conceived of (no pun intended) as a means of scaring kids in health class. The short answer is that anyone who claims to have gotten pregnant in this manner is most certainly not a virgin.
