I believe that you can but most other peeps don't. try evolving a bidoof on high friendship level. i don't know which one its supposed to be so try both. if that doesn't work don't blame me becuz i haven't tried it yet but I'm gonna very soon. if you can't evolve it into a purge, try every thing you have that is said to evolve stuff. let me know if it works or not. plz use my email address in a nice way, do not send something stupid.
