I have a good way that works really well and cheap. When I have bad cramps, I drink a cup of hot water with PLENTY OF BROWN SUGAR added in it. It works well, tastes sweet, and it doesn't have the side affects of pills and medicine. And dark brown sugar works the best.

Try a heating pad (if you don't have one, they are only about $15 at your drug store) and have someone rub your stomach. It feels better when someone else does it. For me, having my husband rub my lower back feels so great. Avoid caffiene too.

I get bad ones. what i do is stretch. Stretching and exercising is prob the best thing. Also hot drinks like Hot Chocolate, cofee, tea or maybe soup. I Run with the dog for about twenty minutes whenever i have period then mum always asks me for hot chocolate if she knows if i have my period.

Lay on a heating pad, take two Motrin, and drink some herbal tea. It always helps me. If you don't want to take the Motrin then you don't have to. Also taking a warm shower or bath helps a lot.

Yes, you actually can. I've heard many things. You can drink warm green tea (It might sound gross to you because it did to me but trust me, it really works.) Also, if you buy a heating pad and put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and put it on your lower stomach the cramps go away like magic. :) Just lay down in bed and rest. Don't exercise. People always tell me to exercise but it doesn't work. It makes it hurt worse. Just take it easy and rest.

We are aware from one of our customers' feedback that Spirulina is helpful in eliminating her menstrual cramps. She is in her 30's and has had extensive pain during the period of menstruation. I'm having my menstral cycle right now, I took a hot bath, drank hot coco and have a heating pad on my lower stomach. It really made it stop hurting. And my cramps are like being stabbed over and over. Trust me it works.

Warm a small amount of olive oil and rub it into generously on your stomach or use thermacare heating pads. WARNING do not have any caffeine it will make it alot worse.

Electric blankets and exercise (walks etc) can work depending on how bad it is. For me only pills work.
