I have a good way that works really well and cheap. When I have bad cramps, I drink a cup of hot water with PLENTY OF BROWN SUGAR added in it. It works well, tastes sweet, and it doesn't have the side affects of pills and medicine. And dark brown sugar works the best.

I get bad ones. what i do is stretch. Stretching and exercising is prob the best thing. Also hot drinks like Hot Chocolate, cofee, tea or maybe soup. I Run with the dog for about twenty minutes whenever i have period then mum always asks me for hot chocolate if she knows if i have my period.

Lay on a heating pad, take two Motrin, and drink some herbal tea. It always helps me. If you don't want to take the Motrin then you don't have to. Also taking a warm shower or bath helps a lot.
Yes, you actually can. I've heard many things. You can drink warm green tea (It might sound gross to you because it did to me but trust me, it really works.)
