Can you get thrown out of your parents' house if you're pregnant at age 14?

It depends on what State you live in, but my bet is NO! I live in Canada and it's against the law to throw your child out of the house from 18 and under. Your parents are upset and obviously disappointed, angry and worried for you. They want you to have the best future they can provide for you and they know how hard it is to raise a baby. After the shock of it all, things will calm down, but you will have some hard decisions to make. You are very young, and raising a baby at this early age will take away much of your young life and then there is your education to consider. It's time to sit down and talk to your parents. Your parents have a great say in your future. At 14 you must feel you know a lot about life and feel more like you are 18, but really you are a baby having a baby. However, if abortion is brought up and you don't wish to deal with this there is no way they can force you and don't sign any papers! As hard as it is please consider the future of your baby. Have the baby and consider adopting him/her out to a loving couple that can't have children. In many cases you can adopt your child out to a loving family that is willing to send you pictures of your child if you are so inclined to do so. Good luck Marcy if your parents love you so much they wouldn't throw you out no u cant legally get thrown out of ur house even if u are pregnant ur still ur parents responsibility and they will get charged with child neglect if they do so i know my mom got charged with it YES...you can get thrown out! but social services will take care of you so you won't be homeless!
