If your only income in the base period, required by law, was from your own business, you don't qualify for benefits by having lost your employment through no fault of your own (and because you controlled the destiny of the business)

Each state has it's own criteria for determining eligibility, but changing titles or responsibilities while still being paid the same is not generally considered cause for unemployment. Check with your unemployment office to determine their rules for eligibility
If you work and do not report it you can be subject to civil penalties and or fines of up to $500. In addition for a misdemeanor jail of up to 1 year, or more if it's a felony. This can be avoided, and still be able to work while receiving benefits if you report ALL income received each week while getting the benefits and they will adjust the payments accordingly.
How am I supposed to know? Nobody does this! Actually, hundreds of thousands of unemployment beneficiaries move between states while receiving benefits. States have interagency agreements, ASK the PA labor commission what will happen when you move to FLA. They will have a ready answer.
Collecting it would be illegal, as you can not comply with the conditions for receiving it. Return what you received and ask for it to be temporarily(?) discontinued. When you get out, there may be time left in your benefit period (normally 52 weeks to collect a normal 26 weeks of payments) to receive some of the benefits.
This is not a legal opinion, but in order to receive unemployment benefit checks you must be in compliance with the terms of receiving them... including continuously seeking full time employment, which you obviously cannot do while incarcerated. To receive said payment constitutes unemployment fraud
The unemployment board may adjust one or two of your payments to reflect the income. You must report the income, even it was only one job.
