My periods were delayed by more than 2 weeks.
I was not pregnant and the only thing changed in my routine n diet was I started consuming about 2-3 cups of diet green tea everyday for a month.
Try eating unripe papaya and/or Aloe vera pulp twice a day....they really help to get regular periods!

∙ 9y agoNo, drinking green tea doesnot effects your cycle. Actually my girlfriend will drink green tea daily. But she didn't face any such problems. Hence she had her regular periods. So don't confuse buy green tea it doesn't affect you.
