Taking care of yourself with baby on the way.
Yes! You can! But as in all physical activity when pregnant, you should consult your doctor and get his opinion and advice. Chances are, if you were fairly active before pregnancy, continuing after you become pregnant won't be an issue.

I work at a pro shop in our bowling ally and the number one injury in the sport (well besides dropped balls) is People who will bend down while delivering the ball and strain the muscles in the back.

So if your pregnant just take it easy on your back and try to not bent over while relesing your ball, And try more to use the pendulum motion and let the ball roll off your fingers.

So go bowling and have fun!

Answer

I think you will be okay but I would use the lightest ball and just be careful and try not to use too many muscles or straining!
