You should always start by making a list of possible places that may offer scholarships. Some of these places may include: . The colleges you would like to attend . Your high school guidance counselor . Your city or town . Your after school job . Your church . Local non-profit organization … Then you should look on line to see if these places have a website. You should be able to get any information that you need from these websites. If you don't, you can always call them and schedule an appointment. earn good grades and study hard also you need to use the things that you are good at such as writing or art even sports and excel at it. Join after school activities, get your teachers attention for good things and their approval as well, don't be late for class and always come to class unless its an emergency and there was no possible way you could have been able to make it, also you need to find reasons why the school your waiting to get excepted into should choose you to give a scholarship to instead of someone else, dress for the part as well always have clean and quality clothes don't wear dirty ripped clothes they make you seem less intelligent. I hope some of these tips helped! My son and I found a ton of scholarship tips and help from the site in the Related Link below. It's a really great site, especially if you don't know a lot about how to find and win scholarships. ( Full Answer )

Lol, no. You must be a superstar for pretty much all four years to get a scholarship to a division 1 college. While that is likely true, there are exceptions. I personally know of an individual who only played his Sr. year of high school football. He went on to the Big 8 (shows how long ago this wa…s), the NFL and eventually the Hall of Fame. He was certainly the exception. ( Full Answer )

You must serve an 8 year contractual period of service with the armed forces on completion of your studies if you take an ROTC scholarship, or participate in the ROTC Advance Course. . However, taking the ROTC Basic Course does not oblige you to serve with the armed forces. ( Full Answer )
