You cannot get arrested on Yahoo. You can only get arrested in person. Making threats (direct or vague) is generally an arrestable criminal offense, regardless of the medium used to communicate them.

Not purely on the bias that they are "famous" and you are not, at least not in any liberal democracy. However if you call anyone and that call is a nuisance or threatening then you could be arrested for harrassment.
