Answer

i have never had any symptoms int he first week and i have never heard of anyone who has.

Answer

Yes, you can have symnptoms before you have even gotten to the point of missing a period. Sometimes the symptoms can be caused by something other than pregnancy so you should take a pregnancy test if you want to know for sure. I was very nauseous when I was pregnant with my 3rd son and it started before my period was due.

Good luck and I hope things turn out the way you want them to.
